Found my phrase for the year. It goes with my resolutions that I try to find a phrase to help me keep on track. Last night after hating on the scale that seems to be stuck, I read this, (thank you Pinterest.

Trust the process.

Going to keep going diligently, and trust that I will see results soon. Its simple math.

I went swimming this morning, the saving grace on a day with an otherwise terrible start. I have blame and excuses, but all I can really do is move forward.

Worth it.

Shaved my legs. Quite a task at 200 plus pounds. A many step process. Tomorrow better be worth the effort. By that I mean, I better get up early and swim.

Healthy thoughts

I think my face is fuller now than before. Clearly I need to get on the healthy train, to remove the fat mask. Also, public bathrooms feel so small and make me self conscious and a bit claustrophobic.  The world is going to get bigger when I am smaller.
